Dust is made and supported by one person, so you'll always reach an actual human — not a ticket queue. Whether it's a bug, a question, or a request, write in and you'll get a real reply.
Before you write
A couple of things worth knowing, since they answer the most common questions:
- Getting your writing out. Any sheet exports to Markdown or PDF from within Dust — no account, no wait. Your work is always yours to take with you.
- Sync trouble. Your writing is stored on your device first, so a sync hiccup never means lost work. If devices fall out of step, reach out and we'll sort it.
